We had such a luxurious and comfortable stay at this 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the professional and friendly staff. The facilities were top-notch, with a variety of pools to choose from, making it a perfect place for both relaxation and exercise. The hotel's location right next to the bus stop was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We also appreciated the excellent room service and the availability of an airport shuttle.

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pasticceria dalla bona, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. A sauna was a bonus. Nice base for a city trip in Montegrotto Terme.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with excellent facilities, including a choice of 7 beautiful pools to swim in. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we particularly enjoyed the live entertainment on a Saturday night. The location of this hotel was perfect, right next to the bus stop, making it easy for us to quickly get around and explore the area. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside a bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms are cozy and clean, and some even boast modern amenities such as parquet flooring and double showers in the bathrooms. the staff is accommodating and flexible, eager to please customers. Guests can enjoy the large thermal pools which are the best in the region, and indulge in high-quality massage treatments at the spa.

The breakfast could be improved with more fresh and locally-sourced items.

Beautiful outdoor Olympic pool. Professional and friendly staff. Variety of pools to choose from. Live entertainment on weekends. Suitable for older age groups and families.

Excellent stay! AMENITIES are fantastic, including amazing indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a superb, well-equipped fitness center. LOCATION is perfect, with stunning views and several delicious dining options available nearby. I especially appreciated the kind and attentive service of the staff, who made my business trip extraordinarily enjoyable.

For the price, I found the WIFI service to be lacking and the parking options inconvenient. the spa treatments were remarkably expensive and, in my opinion, not worth the investment.
